- Returns: Due to the personal and sensitive nature of this product, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been fulfilled.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your Companion™ arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
- Personalized Orders: Orders that include a personalized message or customization are non-refundable once production has begun.
Our goal is never to add stress if something doesn’t feel right, please reach out and we will review each situation with care.
Subscription Support (Companion™ Program)
Ongoing support subscriptions are completely optional.
- Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time through your account or by contacting us.
- Charges already processed are non-refundable, but no future payments will occur after cancellation.
Service-Related Refunds
For professional biohazard and remediation services:
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and preparation already completed.
- In some cases, cancellation or mobilization fees may apply.
- Any concerns will be reviewed individually and handled professionally.
Shipping Policy

Trusted Partners & Affiliates – FAQ
What is a Trusted Partner?
A Trusted Partner is an organization or professional that Silent Harbor BioRecovery works with, supports, or recognizes due to aligned values, ethical standards, or collaborative service efforts. Trusted Partners may include healthcare providers, community programs, service vendors, nonprofits, or referral-based organizations.
Does being listed as a Trusted Partner mean there is a formal partnership?
Not necessarily. Inclusion as a Trusted Partner does not imply ownership, employment, joint liability, or legal partnership unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Trusted Partners are recognized for collaboration, referrals, or shared community support—not operational control.
Can anyone apply to become a Trusted Partner?
Yes. Organizations or individuals may request consideration through our Trusted Partner or Affiliate request form. All submissions are reviewed to ensure alignment with our mission, professionalism, and ethical standards. Approval is not guaranteed.
What is the Affiliate Program?
The Affiliate Program allows approved individuals or organizations to refer clients or supporters to Silent Harbor BioRecovery services or programs. Affiliates may receive referral recognition or compensation where applicable, subject to program terms.
How does the Affiliate Program work?
Affiliates are provided with unique referral links or instructions. Each referral is tracked individually. Affiliates must select one participation tier or method at a time, where applicable, to ensure accurate tracking and billing.
Can I select multiple Affiliate or Support tiers?
No. Each Affiliate or Support option is structured as a separate subscription or selection. Selecting more than one tier may result in combined charges or overlapping participation. Please ensure only one tier is selected at a time unless otherwise instructed.
Can I pause or cancel Affiliate or Support participation?
Yes. Participation in the Affiliate Program or support tiers is optional and may be paused or canceled at any time in accordance with the applicable platform or subscription terms.
Does Silent Harbor BioRecovery endorse all services offered by Trusted Partners?
No. Trusted Partner recognition does not constitute endorsement of all services, products, or claims made by another organization. Each entity remains independently responsible for its services, licensing, compliance, and operations.
Are logos of Trusted Partners displayed with permission?
Yes. Logos or brand names are displayed only with expressed permission or based on publicly acknowledged collaboration. If a partner requests removal or modification, it will be addressed promptly.
How do I request to become a Trusted Partner or Affiliate?
